Road Repairs:
During the month of February, the concrete pavers and cobble stone at Doña Sol was repaired, precisely in the area of homes 211-C, 241, 252 and 202; also, by home 372 at Calle Santa Gadea; the area of home 1254 at José Ramon Fuentevilla street; on Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop in front of homes 12, at La Isla in front of homes 971 and 974; in front of the nursery on Calle de La Colina at home 530; on Calle Doña Ximena, at homes 271 and 276.
Other Works and Repairs:
On Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop in front of Villa Marina Caimán, a 15 m2 section of the road was repaired with concrete.
The entrance / exit of the road was repaired with cobble stone, just in front of home 171.
A section of the exit lane gate at the Main Arch was repaired due to cracks in the seam solder points of the outer support post.
The sidewalk at home 592 on La Colina street was repaired.
Public Lighting / Electric System. Maintenance to reflectors and lampposts at the following sites:
Several repairs and maintenance works were done at the guardhouses and common areas of the residential complexes, including the residential development´s lampposts.
Several repairs and cabling done at the main gate renovation area.
Cleaning of Lots and Garden Areas.
Gardening and cleaning work completed at private lots, as well as cleaning of streets, medians and roundabouts; particularly at the second section of the lots at Vivar, Andalucía, on Calle Sevilla by Marbella Residential, the medians on Avenida Sábalo-Cerritos and on Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop at Calle Gral. Lázaro Cárdenas del Río, Tomás de Rueda and Marina in front of the suppliers´ guardhouse, lots, medians and gardens at Costa Brava and Vivar.
Inspection of the Marina Area:
On Saturday mornings the inspection of the Marina canal starting at Villas Puerto España dock, was carried out; this inspection included overall appearance, such as the paint right at the edge between the wall and inner harbor’s stone wall, cleaning of the main canal, identifying the private docks that need maintenance and paint, make sure that construction works in progress meet the terms of the corresponding authorized projects, inspection of the “ecological island”, vertical and slopped stone walls that may need repairs.
Cleaning of the Marina inner harbor canals, rubbish collection by foot and on patrol boats.
