Road Repairs:
Repairs completed on Calle Doña Sol, at homes 156, 163 and 171; also, on Calle Santa Gadea at home 372; on Don Alfonso in front of home 611; on the Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop by homes 16, 23 and 74.
Other Works and Repairs:
A 100 m2 stretch of the road on Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop in front of the Corporate office was repaired with cobble stone and red concrete pavers.
In front of home 762 on Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop, the sidewalk and the road were repaired. A sunken section of the road in front of home 347 was repaired.
Maintenance and wall and floor coverings replacement completed in the Corporate guardhouse.
Public Lighting / Electric System. Maintenance to reflectors and lampposts and at the following sites:
Maintenance work and several electric system repairs completed at the guard houses and common areas of the residential complexes, including the lampposts of the development. Repairs and cabling completed in the renovation area at the main gate.
Cleaning of Lots and Garden Areas.
Gardening and cleaning work completed at private lots, as well as cleaning of streets, medians and roundabouts; particularly at the second section of the lots at Vivar, Andalucía, on Calle Sevilla by Marbella Residential, the medians on Avenida Sábalo-Cerritos and on Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop at Gral. Lázaro Cárdenas del Río street, Tomás de Rueda and Marina in front of the suppliers´ guard house, lots, medians and gardens at Costa Brava and Vivar.
The medians’ trees and palms on Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop at home 74 to Villas Marina Caimán were trimmed and pruned.
Plants were planted at the crossing bridge median on Sábalo-Cerritos.
Inspection at the Marina Area:
On Saturday mornings the inspection of the Marina canal starting at the Villas Puerto España dock, was carried out; this inspection included overall appearance, such as the paint right at the edge between the wall and inner harbor’s stone wall, cleaning of the main canal, identifying the private docks that need maintenance and paint, making sure that construction works in progress meet the terms of the corresponding authorized projects, inspection of the “ecological island”, vertical and slopped stone walls that may need repairs.
Cleaning of the Marina inner harbor canals, rubbish collection by foot and on patrol boats.
