Road Patching:
In the month of January 2018, several cobble stone and stone pavers patch works were done due to sinking and water leaks, such as in front of homes 265 and 289 at Calle Doña Ximena, as well as at Doña Sol in front of homes 211-C, 241 and 252; at Calle Santa Gadea by home 387; on Calle José Ramón Fuentevilla by homes 1255, 1262 and 1269; in front of home 102 at Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop and at Calle de La Tizona by home 641.
Other Works and Repairs:
On Calle de La Tizona at Villas Alhambra, a damaged and cracked area of approximately 45 m2 of the road was repaired.
On Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop, at homes 108 and 109, a damaged and cracked asphalt stretch of the road was demolished and replaced with new concrete.
At Costa Andalucía, by Puerto de Cádiz, lot 1842, a storm drain was built so the rain may flow towards the docks.
Public Lighting / Electric System. Maintenance to reflectors and lampposts at the following sites:
Electric maintenance and repairs at the guardhouses and common areas of the residential complexes, as well as to the residential development’s lampposts.
An electric fault found in the public lights at Calle Lázaro Cárdenas at homes 1534 was repaired; at home 516 on Calle de La Colina new cabling was installed and a lamppost power box was repaired.
Paint Works:
Paint work done at the following areas:
The light metal posts and concrete bases.
A section of the perimeter wall on Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop from home 313-Bis to home 330.
The asphalt street bumps on Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop at Marina Plata and Villas Porto Cervo and at home 65.
The guard houses at the Corporate Office, the Club House and El Toreo.
Cleaning of Lots and Garden Areas.
Gardening, cleaning done on private lots, streets, median and roundabouts. Particularly the lots of the second section of Vivar, Andalucía on Calle Sevilla by the Marbella Residential, as well as the medians at Avenida Sábalo – Cerritos and Julio Berdegué Aznar Loop at Calle Gral. Lázaro Cárdenas del Río, Tomás de Rueda and Marina across from the suppliers’ guardhouse, the lots, medians and gardens at Costa Brava and Vivar. The trees and palms at the planters at Calle Sevilla in front of the condominiums and Villas Santa María and the medians, were trimmed and pruned.
Inspection at the Marina Area:
On Saturday mornings the inspection of the Marina canal starting at the Villas Puerto España dock, was carried out; this inspection included overall appearance, such as the paint right at the edge between the wall and inner harbor’s stone wall, cleaning of the main canal, identifying the private docks that need maintenance and paint, making sure that construction works in progress meet the corresponding authorized projects, inspection of the “ecological island”, vertical and slopped stone walls that may need repairs.
Cleaning of the Marina inner harbor canals, rubbish collection by foot and on patrol boats.
