Unión de Colonos del Fraccionamiento El Cid Golf & Country Club, is a private association, predominantly engaged in the maintenance, cleaning and surveillance of El Cid residential development.
A non-profit organization, founded on March 22, 1975, the association´s main objective is to provide the best effort and resources available for the benefit and comfort of the residents.
This community has become the best residential development in Mazatlán, providing peace of mind and quality of life to those who wish to acquire a property in this development.
The equity and exclusivity have progressively increased thanks to the efforts of the Association “Unión de Colonos”, and to the residents who pay their maintenance dues on time. We are able to affirm that the funds are invested in the cleaning of the roads, navigation canals, comprehensive surveillance of the residential development, street maintenance and infrastructure of the facilities in general.
Our community continues to grow, which means more effort and commitment. Our focus is to improve and to accomplish all objectives set out.
