SURVEILLANCE.

Throughout the month, a total of 56 patrol runs were completed on patrol boat around the inner harbor perimeter and navigation canal; 27 individuals were caught fishing and removed.

56 patrol runs were implemented on the exterior of the development on Dorados de Villa street, which is parallel to Calle La Tizona, for the purpose of preventing non-authorized persons climbing over the dividing wall to gain entry.

On 7 occasions construction works were inspected, this activity consists on going to the work sites and the workers are asked to hand their bags, purses and belongings so they may be inspected, (this, to look for drugs, tools or equipment that do not belong to their type of work). Aside from this, a night inspection is conducted every day to look for persons that may remain hidden at these sites.

The gardeners’ vehicles who work inside the development, were inspected 7 times, to avoid the removal or transportation of tools, pots and other items without authorization of the owners.

When the residents advise us of their upcoming travels, we provide support in that the authorized persons are supervised and a report verifying the status of doors and windows with pictures is completed; a verification chip is installed by the area supervisor who completes this task.

During the inspection activities, there were 27 dogs caught and warnings were handed to 72 persons who were walking with their dogs on the golf course or unleashed on the street.

The service motorcycles covered 25,767 km during the month.

During the month, there were 39 parties held in the development, additional patrol runs were completed with motorcycles and patrol vehicles.

A total of 53,546 persons entered the residential development: 6,214 were visitors, 8,885 domestic workers, 14,360 construction workers, 8,963 suppliers and 13,453 suppliers of diverse services among others.
