Road Repairs:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Repairs completed on Calle Do\u00f1a Sol, at homes 156, 163 and 171; also, on Calle Santa Gadea at home 372; on Don Alfonso in front of home 611; on the Julio Berdegu\u00e9 Aznar Loop by homes 16, 23 and 74.<\/span><\/p>\n Other Works and Repairs: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n A 100 m2 stretch of the road on Julio Berdegu\u00e9 Aznar Loop in front of the Corporate office was repaired with cobble stone and red concrete pavers.<\/span><\/p>\n In front of home 762 on Julio Berdegu\u00e9 Aznar Loop, the sidewalk and the road were repaired. A sunken section of the road in front of home 347 was repaired.<\/span><\/p>\n Maintenance and wall and floor coverings replacement completed in the Corporate guardhouse.<\/span><\/p>\n Public Lighting \/ Electric System. <\/strong>Maintenance to reflectors and lampposts and at the following sites:<\/span><\/p>\n Maintenance work and several electric system repairs completed at the guard houses and common areas of the residential complexes, including the lampposts of the development. Repairs and cabling completed in the renovation area at the main gate.<\/span><\/p>\n Cleaning of Lots and Garden Areas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Gardening and cleaning work completed at private lots, as well as cleaning of streets, medians and roundabouts; particularly at the second section of the lots at Vivar, Andaluc\u00eda, on Calle Sevilla by Marbella Residential, the medians on Avenida S\u00e1balo-Cerritos and on Julio Berdegu\u00e9 Aznar Loop at Gral. L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas del R\u00edo street, Tom\u00e1s de Rueda and Marina in front of the suppliers\u00b4 guard house, lots, medians and gardens at Costa Brava and Vivar.<\/span><\/p>\n The medians\u2019 trees and palms on Julio Berdegu\u00e9 Aznar Loop at home 74 to Villas Marina Caim\u00e1n were trimmed and pruned.<\/span><\/p>\n Plants were planted at the crossing bridge median on S\u00e1balo-Cerritos.<\/span><\/p>\n Inspection at the Marina Area:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n On Saturday mornings the inspection of the Marina canal starting at the Villas Puerto Espa\u00f1a dock, was carried out; this inspection included overall appearance, such as the paint right at the edge between the wall and inner harbor\u2019s stone wall, cleaning of the main canal, identifying the private docks that need maintenance and paint, making sure that construction works in progress meet the terms of the corresponding authorized projects, inspection of the \u201cecological island\u201d, vertical and slopped stone walls that may need repairs.<\/span><\/p>\n Cleaning of the Marina inner harbor canals, rubbish collection by foot and on patrol boats.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Road Repairs: Repairs completed on Calle Do\u00f1a Sol, at homes 156, 163 and 171; also, on Calle Santa Gadea at home 372; on Don Alfonso in front of home 611; on the Julio Berdegu\u00e9 Aznar Loop by homes 16, 23 and 74.
