Unión de Colonos del Fraccionamiento El Cid Golf y Country Club, A.C. or “Unión de Colonos del Fraccionamiento El Cid” (The Association or Residential Development), with address at Avenida Camarón Sábalo S/N, Fraccionamiento El Cid, C.P. 82110, Mazatlán, Sinaloa, México, is responsible to obtain your personal information, and for its use and safekeeping. The personal information you provide shall be handled in compliance with all legal provisions as stipulated in the Privacy Notice pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Private Parties.

PURPOSE AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

 All personal data held by Unión de Colonos del Fraccionamiento El Cid Golf y Country Club, A.C., shall be used for the purposes following described:

1. a) To create, update and keep a file containing the information of all residents.
2. b) To manage the collection of dues for all the services provided by the Association.
3. c) To better manage the access to and exit from the residential development.
4. d) To create, update and keep a file for each person who has access to the development, whether for the employees of residents, service providers or any other person who may need to enter the residential development, previous authorization of the resident or the administration thereof.
5. e) To keep all information registered in order to follow up with any matters pertaining to maintenance services, security, administration and in general, any other services needed.
6. f) To handle communication of all relevant data pursuant to the Association Bylaws, or any other relevant information related to maintenance, security or the residential development´s administration.
7. g) To keep registries, statistics and analysis of the data obtained.

PERSONAL DATA AND METHODS USED TO OBTAIN IT.

In order to fulfil the purposes above described, we may obtain your personal information in various manners: directly provided by you, through other legally permitted sources.

Personal data directly obtained. We collect your personal data when you directly provide it to us through varied means, as in the case when your register with the Association as a resident in order to have the access and exit privileges, as well as other services such as maintenance, security or administration of expense accounts. The data obtained in this fashion, may be, among others:

1. Copy of the Deed acquired in this residential development.
2. Copy of an official identification, such as the IFE (voter´s card), Passport, professional license number or any other legally acceptable identification.
3. Copy of your car registration card, or driver´s license.
4. Your office, home or cell phone number
5. Your email.
6. Copies or your telephone, water, property tax bills, bank Trust’s statements, or any other receipt for payments of goods or services.

Personal Data obtained through other sources. We may obtain data through other legally permitted sources, such as telephone books. The data obtained through these sources may be, among others:

1.Telephone number.

2. Address.

 The information provided by you, shall be handled pursuant to the scenarios expressly authorized by the provisions contained in Article 10 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Companies. Likewise, this information shall be handled under the strictest security procedures guaranteeing its privacy.  

USE RESTRICTIONS AND DIVULGATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be shared and handled in the country and abroad by persons other than the Association. In this sense, your information may be shared with private individuals or public or private legal entities, we may hold legal or business relationships, such as with lawyers, software providers, private security companies, the developers, federal, state or municipal authorities.
