During the months of February and November. -Maintenance and garden watering in said sections.

  • Maintenance and care of grass in the median strip areas and painting of said areas.
  • Maintenance and renovation of Road signs. 
  • Street and cobble stone repair
  • Heavy rain damage preventatives, advisories are sent to Architects and Construction Engineers so that all real estate developments make sure that no materials are damaged, and the surrounding residential areas are not affected.
  • Cleaning of drainage, Storm Drains and Grates to prepare for heavy rain season.
  • Maintenance projects commence April through May. -Trash Collection.
  • Maintenance of Public Lights.

SHOULD RESIDENTS REQUIRE UTILITY BILL PAYMENT SERVICE, IT MAY BE ARRANGED WITH AN ADVANCED DEPOSIT OF FUNDS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION FEES.

THE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION FEES ARE ESTABLISHED BY THE ANNUAL MEETING, WHICH MEETS THE FIRST SATURDAY OF EVERY YEAR.
